These terms and conditions apply when you use this website or sell a caravan or motorhome to Sell My Caravan Right (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a valuation or accepting an offer you agree to these terms.

Our service

We buy caravans and motorhomes directly from their owners. Valuations are free and carry no obligation to sell.

Valuations and offers

• Valuations are prepared from the information you give us about your vehicle. Please make sure it is accurate and complete.
• A valuation is an indication of value, not a binding offer. Our final offer is confirmed after we inspect the vehicle.
• If the vehicle’s condition or history differs from what was described, we may revise or withdraw our offer.
• Offers remain open for 7 days unless we tell you otherwise.

Ownership and condition

• You must be the legal owner of the vehicle, or authorised by the owner to sell it, and it must be free of undisclosed finance, insurance write-off markers or third-party claims.
• You must disclose any damage, faults, damp or outstanding finance when requesting a valuation.

Payment and collection

• Once an offer is accepted and the paperwork is complete, we pay by same-day bank transfer.
• We arrange collection nationwide at a time agreed with you, at no cost to you.
• Ownership of the vehicle passes to us on completion of payment.

Cancellation

You may withdraw from the sale at any time before payment has been made. We may withdraw if the vehicle does not match its description or if ownership cannot be verified.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the price agreed for the vehicle.
